About the job
Who Boundless Is
We’re a team of immigrants and experts who have struggled with our own journeys through the complex, high-stakes U.S. immigration system. That is why we are building deeply customer-centric products and experiences to become the default trusted partner for all families and businesses. We are the largest player in the family immigration industry, and a high-growth challenger serving corporate clients. Across both consumer and business segments, we’ve aided over 100,000 individuals in their quest for U.S. residency. We're backed by influential venture investors around the country, including Foundry Group (led by Brad Feld), Trilogy Equity Partners, Pioneer Square Labs, Emerson Collective (Laurene Powell Jobs’ foundation), Two Sigma Ventures, and Jerry Yang. Today, we are a dynamic growth-stage technology company with 350+ employees across the U.S. and Philippines. We are growing both organically and through strategic acquisitions. We are well-capitalized and positioned for long-term success.
Why Work With Us
Boundless is disrupting the status quo, and paving the way for Immigration Tech. To make a meaningful difference in the lives of immigrants, we think without bounds by reimagining the immigrant experience. We are building a culture that reinforces inclusion and belonging, not just for our employees, but also for our customers.
Your Mission
The Project Manager (PM) at Boundless is a core member of our Client Success organization, responsible not only for excellent day-to-day case execution, but also for owning the long-term health of assigned accounts. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for corporate clients—building trust with HR and people ops leaders—while coordinating cross-functional teams (legal, operations, support, and product) to deliver a consistently high-quality experience. In this role, you’ll combine case management rigor with account management discipline: setting clear expectations, responding within SLAs, driving meeting cadence, delivering status reporting, anticipating risks, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported across their full employee population. You’ll proactively identify blockers, lead escalations, and improve workflows so cases move efficiently and clients stay confident in Boundless as their immigration partner. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships, communicate clearly, and operate with urgency will directly impact retention, expansion, and client satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Account Management & Client Relationship Ownership
● Own the client relationship for a portfolio of corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and accountable owner for service delivery and client satisfaction.
● Establish and run a consistent client operating cadence (weekly/bi-weekly check-ins, agenda, action items, follow-ups) to ensure alignment, visibility, and momentum.
● Deliver clear, executive-ready account reporting (case pipeline, SLAs, at-risk items, upcoming deadlines, blockers, and decisions needed) tailored to each stakeholder.
● Drive strong stakeholder management: understand who the decision-makers are, what each contact cares about, and how to communicate effectively across HR, founders, finance, and employees.
● Lead client communications, ensuring FN and company POC emails are responded to within assigned SLAs.
● Partner with Client Success leadership on renewals, retention risk flags, and expansion opportunities, surfacing trends and helping position additional services where appropriate.
● Manage account-level issues end-to-end—including escalations, service recovery, and expectation resets—and document outcomes to prevent repeat issues. Case & Workflow Execution (Core PM Delivery)
● Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, offering proactive guidance and escalating issues through the right channels when needed.
● Manage a high volume of client and internal inquiries with timely (within SLAs), high-quality responses via email and calls, ensuring consistent tone and clarity.
● Proactively initiate communication to obtain updates, clarify requirements, and request materials needed to move cases forward.
● Use Overdue Task queues and At-Risk reporting to ensure cases are filed on time and aligned to retention, recruiting, and employee experience timelines; coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve delays.
● Coordinate with attorneys, support representatives, data review specialists, and case production specialists to maintain smooth workflows and meet internal SLAs. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement ● Identify recurring account pain points (handoffs, document delays, unclear ownership, portal workflow gaps) and drive process improvements, playbooks, and internal feedback loops.
● Maintain accurate account notes, decision logs, and documentation so coverage is seamless (especially during PTO or staffing changes).
● Stay current on product and immigration updates through training and workshops, applying changes to improve client outcomes and experience.
About You
● Customer obsessed leader driven by a great customer experience
● Self-motivated with passion for results
● Have the combination of customer experience excellence, process-building skills, leadership skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
● Ability to apply product knowledge to improve processes and achieve customer satisfaction
● Superior communication skills (written/verbal), project management skills, professional demeanor, and sound judgment
● Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly-changing environments
● Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
● Analytical and process-oriented mindset
● Thrive in a fast-paced industry and have a strong drive to prioritize client relationships, experience, and retention while maintaining quality standards and timelines
● Keen attention-to-detail with a sense of ownership in maintaining quality standards;
● Proven ability to effectively handle multiple tasks while prioritizing timely adherence to deadlines
● 4 years minimum immigration related experience
