About Boundless Immigration

We’re a team of immigrants and experts who have struggled with our own journeys through the complex, high-stakes U.S. immigration system. That is why we are building deeply customer-centric products and experiences to become the default trusted partner for all families through their entire immigration journey and their first ten years of life in a new country.

Since 2020, Boundless has become the largest player in the family immigration industry, helping tens of thousands of families every year achieve their dreams and becoming the first brand in an industry that has never had one before.  In 2023, Boundless entered into employment-based immigration services by acquiring Bridge. With Bridge, Boundless provides a holistic solution to the immigration journey, addressing both corporate immigration strategies and the personal challenges faced by the global workforce and their families.

We're backed by influential early-stage venture investors around the country, including Foundry Group (led by Brad Feld), Emerson Collective (Laurene Powell Jobs’ foundation), Pioneer Square Labs, Two Sigma Ventures, Trilogy Equity Partners, and Jerry Yang, and are well-capitalized for years of growth.

What You Will Do

This role will contribute to the ongoing integration efforts following Boundless's recent acquisition of Localyze (a European-based immigration processing platform). Read more about this acquisition on our website.

In this role, you will:

  • Independently handle core immigration document preparation & submission in different phases
  • Work with external partners, relocation providers, authorities, and internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate services, follow up on open items, and help keep cases moving toward resolution
  • Respond to questions, provide updates, and help guide talents through complex immigration and relocation processes
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and attorneys to define, refine, and update applications, immigration filings, and Case Production Specialist playbooks, ensuring they reflect the latest best practices, regulatory updates, and legal strategies.
  • Review and oversee quality/compliance on casework completed by document reviewers and drafters
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex employment-based immigration issues, de-escalating attorney and client concerns with professionalism
  • Support projects and initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and help drive process enhancements based on team metrics
  • Attend and apply learnings from training sessions to keep casework aligned with current best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve client issues and help implement scalable solutions
  • Provide high-touch, white-glove support to corporate clients and stakeholders, especially in sensitive or escalated situations
  • Take on additional responsibilities, projects, or process changes as assigned by management, in line with evolving business and case needs.

Who You Are

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Production Specialist (CPS) to serve as a Case Production Specialist for our newly acquired business, Localyze. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings deep expertise in employment-based immigration filings, and is passionate about operational excellence.

As a case production specialist, you will serve as a go-to resource for complex employment-based immigration issues and escalations for the Localyze Case Management team, offering guidance and oversight to ensure quality and compliance in the work of document reviewers and drafters. You will be involved in the day-to-day operational tasks and case flow, while also attending training sessions when needed and adhering to the set best practices to elevate team performance. In addition to supporting projects that drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, you are expected to adhere to the team metrics and participate in process enhancements. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration to resolve client issues and implement scalable solutions, as well as providing thoughtful, high-touch support and de-escalation strategies for our corporate clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience reviewing documentation for immigration petitions and a proven track record of exceeding performance metrics in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. A strong understanding of immigration requirements and case processes, UPIL standards, and corporate immigration workflows is essential. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with attention to detail and execution with high accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills are critical, as is the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, exercising sound judgment when handling complex situations or escalations. Intermediate data analysis skills, such as proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools, are preferred. A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality client service is key to success in this role.

Success in this role means being a trusted Immigration Operations Specialist, consistently modeling best practices, setting high standards, and helping other team members elevate their performance. Remaining calm under pressure, you will skillfully de-escalate attorney and client concerns with professionalism and care. Your focus will be impact-driven, with a strong investment in both operational efficiency and the growth of the team.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS and/or a start-up environment, or at least 6 months in the role as a Case Production Specialist at Boundless
  • A proven track record of success in process management and a displayed technical aptitude
  • Experience owning projects and initiatives, successfully driving them to execution and implementation
  • Experience recommending process improvements based on data/metrics
  • Experience with Excel, Sigma, Confluence, and/or other data visualization software.
